Your native session is reused. If it does not contain recent MFA proof, you will complete an MFA step-up before the browser saves the credential.
Your passkeys
Adding or removing a passkey requires recent MFA proof and prompts for step-up only when needed. Removal immediately prevents the passkey from signing in.

Native authentication source
This is the browser-side controller deployed with Bulldog Pints.
Azure Front Door forwards native authentication requests to Microsoft Entra and adds the browser CORS response header that the native API omits.
